Project Memory now has an offline working copy in aether-agent with immutable local commits, safe Gateway push/pull, replay recovery, and exact Online revision links. It remains separate from the existing owner/QOPC memory commands.
Adds first-position
aether -mand--memory-graph, worktree isolation, structural scans with secret/ignore exclusions, history and tombstones, disjoint semantic reconciliation, and host-generated memory status beside coding and PR results. Desktop child credentials stay in memory and never use account-session refresh. Server-approved automatic policies remain gated.Validation: 14 focused memory tests, including shared Python/TypeScript wire vectors, two-device sync, corruption, divergence, semantic merge, lost acknowledgments, immutable runtime pins, and stale binding rejection. CLI compatibility and generated-document checks pass. Production packaging passes at 3.07 MB within the unchanged 5 MB limit; local source maps remain available but are excluded from the published package. Exact-head CI covers the full Windows/Linux suites, CodeQL, supply chain, and PyPI launcher.
Companion: https://github.com/AetherAI3/AETHER-CLOUD/pull/1528 supplies the API, encrypted Spaces storage, and transactional head. Desktop successfully stages the compatible bundled agent. Universal signed APR admission and Protocol-C proof dispatch remain with their existing owners. Production default enablement requires the deployment canary and rollout gates documented in APR-10.
