This sdk don't work with design automation and other. Is killed by ADF?

@bcartfall sorry to ping you but if you could make a pull request for "forge-php-client" and the "core-php-client" and if someone at Autodesk could merge them in, that would be really cool. It really does look like this should be an easy fix.

I'll make the PRs myself if need be if that is what it takes to get these simple fixes merged in.
