License header of sources under azure-cosmosdb-table/azure/cosmosdb/table/common says MIT, but points to Apache 2.0 LICENSE.txt

The license headers of all source files in the azure-cosmosdb-table/azure/cosmosdb/table/common subdirectory say that they are under MIT license, but then point to the LICENSE.txt in the project's root which is Apache 2.0. Is it intentional or a leftover?
