[Feature Request]: Remove ability to clear logs when in managed mode.

Problem Statement

Remove the ability for users to clear the extension logs when the extension is in managed mode.

Benefits for MSPs

Stops users deleting logs that can be used for investigation of phishing attempts.

Value or Importance

Keeping logs is fairly important for incidents investigation.
