Prefix transaction number to log line

It would be nice to know which command generated the log statement. There's definitely a way to add a prefix to logs at backend creation with [`NewStringFormatter`](https://godoc.org/github.com/op/go-logging#NewStringFormatter). Reassigning the prefix when the transaction changes is less obvious.
