This is probably due to engagement-feature: you can define that if in the last x hours there were no strikes - a reward will be given at the start of the block. This can be changed and modified by the CHECK_ENGAGEMENT_SPAN in the .env file [remove or set to 0 if you dont want to enable this at all].
