Subject: [PATCH] seo: publish a sitemap and an IndexNow key on the Pages site

jekyll-sitemap adds /sitemap.xml for search consoles to discover and
recrawl the homepage. The IndexNow key file lets the site notify Bing and
Yandex (and the engines built on them) of changed URLs directly instead of
waiting for a crawl.
