[bug]: Stuck in oembranding loop keeps going to port 80 refuses connection

Issue Description

I've completed the upgrade from 15 to 16 but now when I try to load the GUI, it shows a branding message and then click to continue. When I click to continue it redirects to https://[ip address]:80 and then refuses the connection.

@toddblackstar , please try to open the GUI with 2001 and if you are able to visit the sysamdin page , please go to port management and set the port acp port
