don't-overwrite flag for run2dmorph #10

Description

@tauanajc

Hi there,
I just started using AutoMorph for over a thousand photos of shells and it is working well!

To make things faster, I am running it on a cluster. However, the job failed after a few hundred images due to lack of memory. I am restarting it now, but I believe it will start from scratch, overwriting the information that is already there. Hope to be wrong, because that means wasting all the computation and time spent so far, but I didn't see anything relative to avoid overwriting in the code. So my request is for a flag or something in the control file that tells the program to skip a given photo if the output for it is already present in the output folder.

Thanks!
