Using sample codes to add a chart to excel make file corrupted

I'm using sample code and also my own written codes to add chart (Pie and Bar chart), ruin the excel file, and it throw error during opening.

Im trying to add chart to an excel which is loaded into MemoryStream, and exactly using the sample code.

Can you send a link to the sample you're referring to? and also, Do you see the same error without adding your own code?
