4.1.0 performance issues with search

It lags when you are searching or backspacing when you have 5000 songs, 4.0 did not (maybe it did a little but not nearly as much)

Shouldn't lag

As far as I am aware nothing substantially changed with search so this is odd, will fix @personalized-advertising
