[Suggestion]: Make jwLambda functions serializable

Essentially, make it so you can "export" a jwLambda as text (or really any format) and then import it.

I think that this could be really cool for all kinds of projects, especially something that uses algebraic affects as well for dependency injection or a scheduler

This would essentially just allow for arbitrary code execution, which is something the PM devs don't want in any base extension, at least not without a security warning. You could probably do something similar to this with JavaScript V2 when it's set to be unsandboxed, however.
