Missing user notification when a new Sun object is created

Describe the bug
When the user deletes the PSA-generated “Starlight Sun” object, the addon silently creates a new one in the background.
This happens without any warning or message, leaving the user unaware that a replacement Sun was added automatically.

Blender version: 4.4.3
Addon version: PSA 1.8.2

To Reproduce

1. In a scene with PSA active, delete the “Starlight Sun” object.
2. Observe that PSA instantly creates a new “Starlight Sun” object without any notification.

Expected behavior
If PSA detects a missing Sun and creates a new one, it should display a clear message or popup informing the user of this action.
