Provide start up funding to the Experiemtnal Community Treasury.

Cardano AIM has joined the community pools network known as 'Ryuuki' or watershed. It is a part of the Cardano-Community-Builders network. All member's have discussed the idea of creating a Community Treasury.

This issue is to propose involvement with this treasury as a part of the Community Landing Page's community engagement and experimentation goals. The members of Ryuuki will then work on mechanisms to distribute funds within the Community Treasury.

It's proposed that 200ada be distributed to this treasury to be able to participate in this interesting and exciting experiment in community governance.

At this point the experiment will be to develop a process/tool/forum to discuss and distribute the funds in some way. The exact outcome will not be known until the process/experiment is undertaken.

Ok. I was referring to more general topics, like legal, subscriptions? Do we need a liquidation process to get fiat or will it always remain in crypto? Just strange collecting funds without a rough idea for what.
