Is it possible to install it on jetson platform?

I want to install this package on jetson platform. 
1.  I'm not clear whether just install it by the command of "pip install av" or it need to be compiled from source code?
2.  Whether the decode plugin should be dedicated to accelerate by using gpu? Or  it would use the plugin of ffmpeg automatically ? Any demo?
