Fix serialization in RoborockBase breaking up numbers like 'base64'

Potentially revisit camelization entirely.

Expand tests that use RobrockBase so we can explore using prebuilt libraries(this has had issues in the past for us as some of what we are doing is not built in to some of these libraries.
