[HELP]: How to force players to use SmoothTimber

With what do you need help?

Hello! Players have the option to enable SmoothTimber by doing /sm toggle, however my custom world has massive trees. Since I'm not a fan of floating trees everywhere, I'd rather have SmoothTimber forcefully enabled by default. Can this be done?
