storage-statistics.lua drastically needs updating

• Add a silent mode that doesn't display every single file checked.
• Add whitelisting/blacklisting of file extensions.
• Make the chart thing exclude outliers.
• Make the mode/frequency exclude 0 byte files.
• I think the standard deviation is calculated incorrectly?
• Make all of these changes optional as much as possible / where it makes sense to.
