• About Tab Should be last in PackageView
• Too much space in between uploaders

Page Reloads when it's refreshed. Probably because there's a future in the build method.

@GroovinChip , I would prefer about to be a bottom sheet or something. Since it's not a part of the tabs on the site.

@ThinkDigitalSoftware I moved the About tab to be last. And how about this - the only truly relevant information there is the 'uploaders' section in case you need to get in touch with someone who worked on the package. So I can change 'About' to 'Uploaders' for the tab name. Alternatively, we can scrap the whole thing.

I don't like the idea of a full tab for meta info. I think they didn't give it it's own tab for a reason.
