Implement as OWIN handler

Hi,

Is it possible to implement the server as an OWIN handler?

Currently the server is HttpListener based. If you implement it as an OWIN handler, it can be hosted on other platforms as well.

Authentication and other modules can then be provided by other OWIN middleware

The development of the WebDAVSharp.Server component is currently on hold.

Feel free to make the required changes to the code by yourself.

Please let us know if you succeeded with the extension, so we can update the code.

It's possible but requires some refactoring (mainly reducing dependencies).
