I've tried using Microsoft's [Upgrade Assistant](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-au/dotnet/core/porting/upgrade-assistant-winforms-framework), however it doesn't work as reported [here](https://github.com/dotnet/upgrade-assistant/issues/994).
