Visual Studio was started on a main screen (external - not the laptop screen) with DPI scaling 100%. Then I hibernated my laptop, and when I activated it again, the laptop screen was now the main screen, but it has a DPI scaling on 200% - resulting in a dialog that is almost unreadable.
