So the problem is in file TAMRoadsGroupPanel.cs line 18. I have 0 experience in C# or modding, but it seems that variables isMapEditor, and most likely isAssetEditor too, are not available. When reading the API description written in https://skylines.paradoxwikis.com/Modding_API#AppMode there is a reference for an appMode enum

Now my suggestion would be try to use this enum instead of this isMapEditor line. This might fix at least this error. Any C# gurus around? You do not want a JS developer to start fixing this up. 😄
