privacy-policy: disclose Unity LevelPlay ads in the 86 apps that now ship it
LevelPlay was rolled out to Play production on 2026-09-24/25, but none of the declared policies mentioned Unity/LevelPlay, and Solace still said the app shows no ads. Adds an Advertising (Unity LevelPlay) section (EN, plus JA on bilingual pages) before each policy's Contact section, fixes Solace's statement, and bumps the privacy policy's last-updated date.
