TTS: Java Speech Plugin issue

Description:

Text to Speech is failing using Worklight Kitchensink Sample App v3.07 when attempting to make a TTS call.

The following error is thrown when request is made:

Actual:

TTS fails using WL v3.07 when making TTS call

Expected:

WL KS v3.07 Sample to work properly sending TTS calls

Repro:

1. Launch WL KitchenSink v3.07
2. Open TTS Sample
3. Make a TTS call
4. Notice error is thrown. See above image
