CSS Hat 2: no SVG gradients for IE 9

I looked everywhere but did not find how to turn on IE9 support for gradients - by default its just not generating SVG accordingly, like CSS Hat 1 did.

Another update, IE9 is still abandoned and likely will remain so, considering autoprefixer implementation. It is a pity. And by the way I actually failed trying to set up autoprefixer option to make css hat output anything other than raw unprefixed rules. Doubly pity.
