Feature: Metric View deployment with variable substitution in side Yaml

Describe the issue

to my understanding, inside Metric View yaml definition, it is not possible to use variable substitution. Maximum one can do, is to declare default schema or catalog outside yaml.

Correct me if I am wrong or other solution possible.

This give us difficulties when cooperate with other project in other catalogs using DAB deployment.

I believe this the case for both engine types.
