Validate v1.0.0 examples on physical Uno, ESP32, and Pico boards

Goal

Run the released examples on physical hardware and record a small compatibility matrix.

Acceptance criteria

• test at least TrafficLight and IndependentBlink on Arduino Uno, ESP32 DevKit, and Raspberry Pi Pico
• record Arduino core versions, exact pin wiring, and active-high/active-low configuration
• confirm that long-running animation remains responsive to other loop work
• add verified results to the README compatibility section

The v1.0.0 compile matrix is green, but this issue intentionally distinguishes compilation from hardware validation.
