Prepare Arduino Library Manager registry submission

Track the steps needed to make ArduinoPatterns installable directly from Arduino Library Manager after v1.0.0 has initial hardware feedback.

Acceptance criteria

• verify the repository satisfies the current Arduino Library Manager specification
• confirm semantic tags and library.properties metadata against the registry linter
• document the permanent public repository URL and release process
• submit the library through Arduino's official inclusion process
• update the README only after the package is actually indexed and searchable

Do not claim Library Manager availability before the registry accepts and indexes the release.
