v0.1.1 is published on the Chrome Web Store. The landing page's
coming-soon placeholder becomes the primary Add-to-Chrome button (with a
note that it covers Brave/Edge/Opera too), the install section leads
with the one-click path and keeps the from-source route, and the README
install section links the listing first.
