Remove the diffbot-python legacy build now that 0.3.0 is published

The final release is tagged legacy-diffbot-python-v0.3.0; check out that tag
and run `make build-legacy` to rebuild it. The import-time warning for
leftover diffbot-python installs stays in the diffbot package.
