Sync component description in csproj's with table in README

When starting ot use this library I'm confused which nugets I need to continue.
Currently, nuget.org gives me the following:

However, we have a great list in out README here.

How about syncing it? :)

Thank you for contributing this great hint! That's definitely an improvement we should aim for! Feel free to provide a PR otherwise I will do so when there is some time left I can spare ;)
