Requirements Writing Task Verification Issue

🐛 Bug Description

For the filesystem requirements_writing task, the verification requires pointnet package in dependency, however, from the raw codebase, this package has been included in the repo and shall be installed through:

cd pointnet2
python setup.py install

Simply adding it in python requirements file is not correct.

Thank you for your suggestion. In the description of requirements_writing, we state that “Not just pip install or conda install, your answer should contain every necessary dependency in the whole process of VoteNet.” Therefore, we still consider pointnet2 to be necessary in requirements.txt.
The key idea here is that requirements.txt in our setting should not be treated as exactly equivalent to the requirements.txt commonly used in real-world contexts.
