Describe the bug

Greetings! Congratulations on your 1.8.0 release.

I found a bug where my first recording creates a picture-in-picture window that mirrors the window I am recording. Because I have no webcam connected, I could not disable it because the "Layout" options are greyed out. I had to set up my phone as a webcam and then make a test recording to enable the "Layout" options and then finally set the option to "No Webcam".

Expected behavior

The default option for computers without a webcam connected should be set to "No Webcam" by default instead of "Picture in Picture"

To Reproduce

  1. Launch OpenScreen and record with the Camera option turned off
  2. Try to open the "Layout" side panel where the options are locked and Picture in Picture is set by default.
  3. Export the video
  4. The Picture in Picture mirror will appear on the bottom right.
