[Bug] Simplewall is at 20% CPU usage when not even open and doesn't start up on boot

Steps to reproduce

1. When I encounter it, the first thing to do is to open Task Manager. Seeing that 20% confirms this bug.
   For other users, it might be a different number.

2. Right-click on Simplewall in the Task Manager and click 'End task'.

3. Open Simplewall from the Start Menu.

Expected behavior

To open in the right of the tray, the right of the taskbar, and work without taking anywhere near 20% of the CPU, as is seen in Task Manager.

Actual behavior

Simplewall doesn't work as it should on boot. It spikes to 20% of the CPU and doesn't show up at all in the tray in the right of the taskbar.

I don't see any input field here that invites me to write additional information, so I'm just attaching here a screenshot of the settings I have in case these help you debug this.

I think I solved it. It was either the 'Check apps for digital signatures' or 'Check apps for sha-256 hash' or both that caused it.
I disabled them, having suspected that they caused this problem, and after booting the a day later the problem seems to be gone:

I suggest giving a warning on those or fixing them if they're broken.
