Deal with parameters in extensions for dynamic applications

Would be great to be able to export dynamic get like /portfolio/projects/:slug into multiples files /portfolio/project/first-projet.html, /portfolio/project/second-projet.html

Possible solutions :

• Follow links in generated views (stupid simple, but may have unexpected behviour)
• Provide a way to set collection to parse inside the app

Maybe Sinatra::MultiRoute could somehow be useful with this.

I'm going to use sinatra-export in a project of mine, and

  get '/foo', '/bar' do
    body request.path # just doing something
  end

worked well with sinatra-export.
