[js-edit] Feature request: Support for editing CSS for mobile

js-edit 4 can edit JavaScript for mobile, but cannot edit CSS for mobile.
I think it is useful to support editing it.

The pilot implementation has been successful. So, if this request is approved I can send a pull request.
