Subject: [PATCH] legal: drop the tax number from the imprint

Section 5 DDG requires the VAT identification number where one exists,
not the tax number. None is assigned here, so the line was never
required and publishing it exposes a personal tax identifier for no
legal benefit. The small-business note under section 19 UStG stays.
