Subject: [PATCH] Add DMCA Detector to Domain Name > Analytics

Adds a lookup for Google's public copyright-removal (DMCA) record by
domain, sourced from the Google Transparency Report data with notice
detail from the Lumen Database.

Placed in Analytics rather than Reputation: Reputation holds malware and
threat scanners, while Analytics already carries commercial domain-data
tools (BuiltWith, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Sitedossier). Happy to move it if
a maintainer prefers elsewhere.

Full metadata per the README schema. registration is true and the name
carries (R) accordingly, though the nuance is that the basic check needs
no account -- request counts and dates are visible to guests -- and a
free account reveals reporting organisation, copyright owner, affected
URLs, per-URL removal status and notice links.
