There is no example how to properly respond on requests coming from adaptive card outlook channel.
With previous SDK v4 it was relatively easy to implement ActivityHandler to make proper response from server to the outlook client.
Currently there is no outlook connector and by default authorization_agent.py tries to do http call in context.send_activity but it should just add some properly formatted response and return as json
