[iOS] CocoaPods deprecation

CocoaPods is in a maintenence mode right now and will be fully deprecated at the end of the year. Is there a plan to migrate to an alternative packaging system such as Swift Package Manager (SPM)?

Hi Alan Matthews (@alanrmatthews) , Thank you for raising this issue. I merged #1486 and cut a new release that now includes the SPM. Please let me know if this works for your needs.
