Gallery fails to build in non-release

Repro

1. Clone the repo
2. cd NewArch
3. yarn
4. yarn windows

Error

Could not copy the file "D:\GitHub\react-native-gallery\NewArch\windows\x64\Release\Clipboard\Clipboard.dll" because it was not found.

Cause

For some reason there's a reference specifically to Release in here, which means if you build debug but not release... it'll fail.

I'm a bit concerned this wasn't caught by CI, because that means the Gallery isn't being built in debug in CI?

Anupriya Verma (@anupriya13) Is this your experience as well, or am I missing something? It appears the Gallery app build is currently broken in debug builds.

Chris Glein (@chrisglein) I am able to build in debug mode as well. I usually build from visual studio.

Did you clean rebuild? Let me repro your steps and update.

Chris Glein (@chrisglein) It's working for me,, can you recheck? Or let me ask someone else from my team to repro and confirm.

EDIT: confirmed with Protik and he is able to run as well.

Please let us know any other repro steps or config you followed?
