Subject: [PATCH] OPS-157454: Give CodeQL a full clone so
 Nerdbank.GitVersioning can version the build

CodeQL's autobuild failed on every run because the default shallow checkout
lacks the history Nerdbank.GitVersioning needs to compute the version height.
