[question] How to deploy to cloud server

Hi, really NICE sample starter kit! I can run it locally just fine but can't seem to get the code to run when running on a cloud instance like Google App Engine or NodeChef. Do you have a set of instructions on what needs to be modified to get this to work when running on a cloud server?

This project can be successfully built and run using the front end hosting service 'surge.sh'
