check_fortigate.pl "Return code of 255 is out of bounds"

Since i updated to the latest version im getting a "Return code of 255 is out of bounds!" error.
When i delete the old FortiSerial files to generate new ones its not creating any new Fortiserial file.
Any fix for this?
