The release carries #292: a page's theme-color follows the theme shown, so a page opened from a phone's home screen has system bars in its own ground, and the footer keeps clear of a phone's bottom bar on a page that draws under it. The theme and footer blocks are synced files, so every site's committed copy is stale: a minor. Verified: npm test (1079 pass), conventions-check and conventions-format pass.
