SMM 3.1.0 Satisfactory Steam Stable 1.2 Actual build CL495413 Resolver incorrectly uses CL273254

SMM correctly detects my Steam installation as Satisfactory build CL495413,
but dependency resolution treats it as CL273254.

This prevents Infinite Power Generator 1.0.3 from installing even though it
requires CL491125 or newer.

The mod is marked as installed on the profile, but the right panel says
"Installed version: Not installed" and no InfinitePowerGenerator folder is
created under FactoryGame\Mods.
