File get doesn't work if you forget the slash

While testing today, I noticed that the following:

```
file get <ip> path_to_dir -r
```
results in a file not found

but 
```
file get <ip> path_to_dir/ -r
```
works. It seems to me that it would be more ergonomic to just grab that directory instead of needing the slash
