Current Status: Maintenance Mode

dsh-mneme is actively maintained, but moving at a slower pace. I'm currently balancing thesis work and exam preparation, which limits my daytime availability.

What this means in practice:

• Bug reports: ~24h acknowledgment, fix on weekday evenings. Please include your model provider and version.
• Model compatibility: Handled as they appear. New API breaks from providers are treated as urgent.
• Security issues: Immediate response. Please email directly instead of opening a public issue.
• PR reviews: Weekends (3-7 days). One concern per PR; CI must pass.
• Feature requests: Tagged as 'future'. Evaluated after exam period.

How to contribute (no coding required):

• Try it and report back: Weird model outputs, confusing UX, or features that feel useless — open an issue.
• Test a new provider: If you're using a model or API not on the compatibility list, let me know if it works.
• Docs fixes: Typos, broken links, unclear config explanations — PRs welcome.
• Code contributions: For bugs, open an issue first if unsure. For features, check existing issues to avoid duplicates.
