Firefox and mouse wheel - doesn't work.

Hello there.

I've tested 72, 73, 74 FF versions.

Scrollbar is placed in an iframe.
When scrolling it with mouse wheel it doesn't work. Scrolling with mouse pointer works (with some struggling).
Linux, Windows.
